Honda Accord HID kit, Projector Headlights and LED replacement bulbs

March 1, 2011

When Honda first introduced the Accord back in 1976 it was offered as a 3-door family car with a 63 horsepower 1.6 liter engine and a 2 speed automatic. As time went on the styling changed drastically, people demanded more power and what started out as a conservative looking economy car has turned into a stylish ride with a big aftermarket/tuner following.

If you are looking to do any upgrades on your Honda Accord installing an HID conversion kit is among the most popular modifications to do. The 2008-2011 Honda Accord uses either an H11 or 9006 bulb –  if your Accord is a Coupe you need the H11 HID conversion kit and if you have the Sedan you need the 9006. Installation is very easy as the entire set up is designed to be plug & play – no wire cutting or splicing necessary. Also, our Xtreme HID conversion kit will come with a unique dual relay wiring harness allowing you to power the HID’s right from the battery to prevent any flickering.

For those who are looking for more can opt to upgrade the headlights with a set of Halo Projector Headlights. You can also swap out your dull, yellow interior bulbs with LED replacement bulbs to gain more light in the interior.

Below are some great pictures from one of our customers who has our HID conversion kit and LED replacement bulbs installed in their 2010 Accord. Beautiful car!

Projector Headlights, Angel Eye Halo Headlights and LED Tail Lights

February 17, 2011

Once you start customizing your car the possibilities become almost endless. One thing we often come across on a lot of car forums is        “I have $____ what should I upgrade first?”. A good start would be swapping out your stock headlights with a set of Angel Eye Projector Headlights and upgrading your tail lights with LED Tail Lights. This is a very common upgrade that will seriously improve the look of your ride without breaking the bank. Best of all, if you can dedicate a couple of hours and are handy enough you can do the swap yourself since all the headlights and tail lights are built to be plug & play.

You can also take it one step further by adding an HID Conversion Kit to your Projector Headlights. Installing an HID kit in the Projector Headlights will maximize your light output and give you a very sharp, crisp beam pattern.

At XenonDepot/KB Car Stuff we know how much you love your car and we also know that customizing can get pricey. This is why we give you 10% off your entire order when you order an HID Kit and headlights. You also get Free Shipping on orders over $150 within the continental US.

Below are some awesome pics from a great customer that installed a set of Projector Headlights in the Volkswagen Jetta. This customer selected the R8 style projector which features a strip of LED lights along the bottom and provides the lights with a very unique look. Not only do the new lights refresh the look of your car they are also brighter, making driving at night and on unlit streets safer. The Headlights are securely mounted using the original screws & nuts of the OEM parts.
